OPERATING REGULATIONS FOR E-COMMERCE WEBSITE POSHCOLLECTION.COM.VN
I. General Principles
- The e-commerce website poshcollection.com.vn is operated and managed by BMG Investment - Consulting Joint Stock Company ("Company"). The service targets all customers across 63 provinces and cities in Vietnam who need to purchase premium fashion products through online shopping, home delivery, or pre-order before visiting the store directly.
- Products sold at www.poshcollection.com.vn must fully comply with legal regulations, committed to not selling counterfeit goods, goods of unknown origin, or goods that violate intellectual property rights.
- Buying and selling activities at poshcollection.com.vn must be conducted publicly, transparently, ensuring consumer rights according to Vietnamese law.
II. General Regulations
1. E-commerce Website Domain: The e-commerce website poshcollection.com.vn is developed by BMG Investment - Consulting Joint Stock Company with the official transaction domain: www.poshcollection.com.vn (hereinafter referred to as: "Posh Collection").
2. General Definitions:
- Seller: BMG Investment - Consulting Joint Stock Company.
- Buyer: Individuals and organizations who need to purchase fashion products across 63 provinces and cities in Vietnam. Buyers have the right to register an account or do not need to register to conduct transactions on the system.
- Member: Includes buyers, information seekers, and those who participate in interactions and discussions on the website.
- Personal Data: User identification information as specified in the Company's Privacy Policy.
3. Scope of Application: The content of this Regulation complies with current Vietnamese regulations on e-commerce. Members participating in the e-commerce website poshcollection.com.vn are responsible for understanding their legal obligations under current law and commit to properly implementing the contents of this Regulation.
III. Transaction Process
Process for buyers on the website poshcollection.com.vn
Step 1: Search and select products
- Browse through our "Collections" on the menu bar or use the search bar to find desired products.
- Use filters (by product type, price, size, color) to search faster.
Step 2: View information and select product attributes
- Click on your favorite product to view detailed images, product description, size specifications and materials.
- Select appropriate Color and Size.
- Click the "Add to Cart" button.
Step 3: Review cart
- The cart icon in the top right corner of the screen will update the product quantity.
- You can click on the cart to review selected products, change quantity or remove products.
- Enter Discount Code (if any) and click "Apply".
- When ready, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
Step 4: Fill in information and complete order
- Delivery Information: Fill in completely and accurately Full Name, Phone Number, Email and Delivery Address.
- Shipping Method: The system will automatically calculate shipping fees based on your address.
- Payment Method: Choose the payment method convenient for you:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank Transfer
- E-wallet/Online Payment Gateway
- Review all order information once more.
- Click the "Complete Order" button.
Step 5: Order Confirmation
- An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. Posh will process and deliver as soon as possible.

Delivery and Shipping Process
- Service Scope: poshcollection.com.vn delivers nationwide (63 provinces and cities). After receiving orders from buyers and confirming order information via phone/message, the Company will proceed to deliver to partner shipping units.
- Receiving Methods:
- Home Delivery: Orders are delivered to the buyer's registered address through professional shipping partners (GHN, GHTK, Viettel Post...).
- Store Pickup: Buyers can pre-order online and come directly to address C7/16 Pham Hung, Binh Hung Commune, Ho Chi Minh City to check and receive goods.
- Processing and Delivery Time:
- Order processing time at warehouse is 01 working day (orders placed after 16:00 will be counted as the next working day).
- Ho Chi Minh City area: Expected delivery from 1 - 3 working days.
- Other provinces: Expected delivery from 3 - 5 working days.
- Note: No delivery on Sundays and public holidays, Tet according to regulations.
- Shipping Fee Policy:
- The Company applies a flat rate shipping fee: 30,000 VND for all orders nationwide.
- This shipping fee will be automatically added to the total order value and clearly displayed on the payment page before customers confirm the order.
- Goods Inspection Regulations (Joint Inspection):
- When receiving goods, Customers have the right to inspect products for style, color, size and external condition before payment.
- To ensure the integrity of fashion products, please do not try on items while delivery staff are waiting.
- Responsibility for Goods:
- In case of discovering damaged products or products not matching the ordered style, buyers have the right to refuse receipt and immediately contact Hotline 0707055538 for free support.
- If buyers do not perform joint inspection when receiving goods, all issues related to missing goods or physical damage will be resolved according to the Company's Product Exchange Policy.
- Responsibility for Goods: Shipping units are responsible for preserving goods during transportation. Customers have the right to inspect products before payment (for COD orders) or immediately upon receipt to ensure products match the description.
Product Exchange and Return Process
At Posh Collection, customer satisfaction is our top priority. The Company applies a flexible product exchange policy to ensure the best interests of customers when shopping at the online system https://www.google.com/search?q=poshcollection.com.vn.
1. Conditions for Product Exchange
The Company supports product exchange in the following cases:
- Products that don't fit (too tight or too loose compared to customer's actual measurements).
- Products with manufacturer defects: Fabric material defects, sewing defects, or products not matching website description.
- Wrong product delivery: Delivered incorrect style, color or size compared to successfully placed order.
Product Condition Requirements for Exchange:
- Products must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, not dirty, damaged or have strange odors.
- Products must have all tags, labels, attached labels intact.
- Customers must provide purchase invoice or valid order confirmation information (email, message, phone number used for purchase).
2. Application Period
- Within 07 days from the date Customers receive the product (based on post office stamp or confirmation from shipping unit GHN/GHTK).
- After the above period, the Company respectfully cannot support exchange requests.
3. Product Exchange Process
- Step 1 (Contact): Customers contact Customer Service Department via Hotline 0707055538 or Email poshcollection.cskh@gmail.com. Please provide Order Code and exchange reason. (For defective products, please include illustrative photos/videos).
- Step 2 (Send Goods): After staff confirms eligibility, Customers pack and send products to Posh Collection support address in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Step 3 (Processing): Upon receiving returned goods, the Company will check product condition and send replacement products to Customers within 1-2 working days.
4. Shipping Costs for Exchange
- Company Error (Wrong delivery, defective products): Company bears 100% of two-way shipping costs.
- Customer Request Exchange (Size exchange, color exchange): Customers please pay two-way shipping costs to the shipping unit.
5. Important Notes
- Each order only supports maximum 01 exchange.
- Return & Refund Policy: The Company does not apply return and cash refund policy (except for defective products where the Company no longer has the same or equivalent products for replacement).
- Promotional Items: Products in special discount programs, clearance sales will have separate exchange/return regulations clearly stated in that program's content.
- User-Caused Defects: Exchange/return does not apply to products damaged, torn, dirty or deformed due to improper use or storage by customers.
Product Warranty Process
At Posh Collection, we commit to bringing products with the highest quality. However, in case products develop technical defects after use (beyond the 07-day exchange period), the Company applies warranty support policy as follows:
1. Warranty Period and Categories
Due to the nature of the fashion industry, the Company applies technical defect warranty policy within 30 days from receipt date for specific cases:
- Sewing defects: Thread coming loose, seams coming undone at key positions.
- Attached Accessory Defects: Zipper damage (broken zipper), buttons coming off, decorative details with stones/jewels falling off (if defect due to processing technique).
- Material Defects: Products with serious color bleeding or material deformation despite following washing instructions on labels correctly.
2. Warranty Conditions
The Company accepts warranty when products meet the following conditions:
- Products purchased genuine at website poshcollection.com.vn or BMG store system.
- Customers can provide purchase information (Phone number, order code or invoice).
- Technical defects are determined to be due to Company production process, not due to external force from users.
3. Cases Not Covered by Warranty
The Company respectfully declines warranty for the following cases:
- Products damaged due to user error: Torn, burned, punctured, scratched due to impact, or damaged due to contact with strong cleaning chemicals.
- Products deformed, shrunk or material damaged due to improper washing (e.g., using hot water for silk fabric, high temperature drying for chiffon...).
- Products exceeding 30-day warranty period as regulated.
- Products in non-warranty categories: Gift accessories, promotional gifts.
4. Warranty Implementation Process
- Step 1: Customers take photos/video of defect location and send to Hotline/Zalo: 0707055538 for technical department preliminary inspection.
- Step 2: After confirming defect is covered by warranty, Customers send products to Company warranty center at address: C7/16 Pham Hung, Binh Hung Commune, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Step 3: Company performs repair, fixes defects or replaces accessories completely free. Processing time from 03 - 07 working days depending on defect condition.
- Step 4: Return completed products to Customers.
5. Warranty Costs
- Within warranty period, if defect is determined to be manufacturer's fault, Company will support repair costs and return shipping fees for Customers.
- For repair requests outside warranty conditions (e.g., customers want hemming, waist adjustment...), Company will advise support fee depending on specific requirements.

IV. Payment Process
Buyers and Company can refer to the following payment methods to choose the most suitable method:
Method 1: Cash on Delivery (COD – Cash On Delivery)
This is payment by cash or direct transfer to delivery staff after receiving and inspecting products.
- Step 1: Buyers learn information and place orders on website poshcollection.com.vn.
- Step 2: Company verifies order via phone/message.
- Step 3: Company packs and hands over goods to shipping units (GHN, GHTK...).
- Step 4: Buyers receive goods, inspect products and pay cash (or transfer) to delivery staff.
Method 2: Bank Transfer via QR Code (VietQR)
This is prepayment method, helping transactions to be processed quickly and safely.
- Step 1: Buyers select products and proceed to payment at cart.
- Step 2: On payment page, Buyers select "VietQR" method.
- Step 3: Buyers open Bank App (Mobile Banking) and scan QR code displayed on screen.
- Step 4: Buyers check information and confirm payment. Note: Please enter correct transfer content according to format: [Customer Name] - [Phone Number] - [Order Code].
- Step 5: System records successful payment, Company confirms order and proceeds with shipping.
*Important Payment Notes:
- Currency Unit: All transactions and order values are calculated in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
- Listed Price: Product prices on website are prices including Value Added Tax (VAT).
- Shipping Fee: Final total amount (including 30,000 VND shipping fee) will be clearly displayed on payment page before Customers confirm order.
- Transaction Security: Customers should only pay according to official information displayed on website or according to instructions from sole Hotline: 0707055538.
V. Transaction Security Assurance
- The Company has used modern security measures to protect product content and transaction information on poshcollection.com.vn. To minimize risks, the system only records orders with complete authentication information.
- Buyer Responsibility: Buyers need to provide complete and accurate information (Full name, address, phone number, email) when placing orders. This is the basis for Company to contact and confirm orders and provide quick support if errors occur.
- Receiving Security: In case of COD payment, buyers should only pay after exercising joint inspection right (checking style, size, product condition) and being satisfied with the package.
- Online Payment Security: When paying via VietQR or online payment gateway, buyers should perform operations on personal devices and not share OTP codes or bank security information with anyone. The Company does not store buyer bank account information, and payment is processed through linked bank's secure system.
- Payment Issues: In case of errors during online payment process, BMG Investment - Consulting Joint Stock Company commits to coordinate with banks to resolve for customers as soon as possible from receiving complaints via Hotline 0707055538.
VI. Customer Personal Information Protection
poshcollection.com.vn commits to absolutely secure customer private information. The following regulations aim to respect and protect visitor rights:
1. Collection Purpose and Scope
- When purchasing or registering as a member at https://www.google.com/search?q=poshcollection.com.vn, customers provide information: Full Name, Email, Phone Number, Delivery Address. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of this information.
- The website also automatically collects information about visits (pages viewed, links clicked) and browser information (IP address, browser type, language, access time) to improve user experience.
2. Information Usage Scope
- The Company uses customer information to: Process orders, delivery, send newsletters, notify promotional programs, survey customer opinions and technical support.
- We may share necessary information (Name, Phone, Address) with shipping partners (GHN, GHTK) to perform goods delivery.
3. Information Storage Period

VII. Bad Information Management
Member Regulations:
- Members will be responsible for security and storage of all service usage activities under their registered name and password. Members are responsible for promptly notifying website poshcollection.com.vn about unauthorized use, abuse, security violations, storage of third-party registered names and passwords for appropriate resolution measures.
- Members may not change, edit, assign, copy, disseminate, distribute, provide and create similar tools of services provided by website poshcollection.com.vn to third parties without Company consent in this Regulation.
- Members may not act to damage the reputation of website poshcollection.com.vn in any form such as causing disunity among members by using second registered names, through third parties or propagating, disseminating information unfavorable to Company and Posh Collection brand reputation.
VIII. Responsibility in Case of Technical Errors
- Website poshcollection.com.vn commits to ensure safety and stability of the entire technical system. However, in case of objective technical incidents, the Company will immediately apply necessary measures to ensure buyer rights.
- When conducting transactions on the website, members must strictly follow guidance procedures.
- Website management commits to provide best service quality. In case of technical errors, software errors or other objective errors causing members unable to participate in transactions, members notify Management via email poshcollection.cskh@gmail.com or hotline 0707055538. We will fix errors as soon as possible.
- However, Website Management will not be responsible for resolution in case member notifications do not reach Management, arising from transmission errors, software or other errors not caused by Company errors.
IX. Rights and Obligations of Website Management poshcollection.com.vn
1. Rights of Management poshcollection.com.vn:
- Website poshcollection.com.vn provides services and products to customers after completing procedures and mandatory conditions stated by the website.
- Build and publish service policies, privacy policies, exchange policies publicly on the website.
- Have the right to refuse, suspend or terminate member service usage rights in case there is basis to prove member-provided information is inaccurate, incorrect, incomplete or violates law, Vietnamese customs.
- Terminate member rights and service usage rights if members violate website Regulations or have acts affecting business operations, fraud, forgery, causing market disruption on the website.
- BMG Company holds copyright for service usage and website content according to legal regulations on intellectual property protection in Vietnam. All acts of copying, using and illegally disseminating the above rights are strictly prohibited.
- Have the right to change product price lists, services and payment methods depending on needs and website capability conditions.
2. Obligations of Management poshcollection.com.vn:
- Responsible for building website system including: design, purchasing hardware equipment, software, Internet connection and building policies serving e-commerce operations.
- Implement and cooperate with partners (shipping, payment) in building service systems, utility tools serving member transactions.
- Build and supplement knowledge systems, information about fashion products, legal regulations on e-commerce to support customers.
- Maintain normal website operations and fix technical incidents within capability. In case of force majeure (natural disasters, national internet transmission incidents, state agency decisions...) causing damage to members, the Company is not jointly responsible.
- Build control mechanisms to ensure information posting on website is accurate and transparent.
- Absolutely not post information selling goods and services in prohibited business categories or restricted business according to legal regulations.
E-commerce Website poshcollection.com.vn must be responsible for:
- Building and implementing mechanisms to ensure information posting on E-commerce Website poshcollection.com.vn is accurate.
- Not posting information selling goods and services in categories of goods and services prohibited from business according to legal regulations and goods restricted from business according to Circular 47/2014/TT-BCT.
X. Rights and Responsibilities of Members Participating in Website poshcollection.com.vn
1. Rights of Website Members poshcollection.com.vn
- When registering to become a member of Posh Collection and being accepted by the system, members will be able to participate in shopping, accumulate reward points (if any), discuss and review fashion products on the website.
- Members have the right to contribute opinions to the Company during operations through sending letters, emails or direct calls.
2. Obligations of Website Members poshcollection.com.vn
- Members are responsible for security, storage and all service usage activities under their registered name, password and email box.
- Members commit that personal information provided to the website is accurate, honest and complete.
- Members commit not to change, edit, copy, disseminate or create similar tools of website services provided to third parties without written consent from BMG Company.
- Members may not perform acts damaging website reputation in any form, such as using multiple accounts to cause disunity or propagating false information about Posh Collection brand.
XI. Applicable Terms
- All disputes arising between website poshcollection.com.vn and customers/members will first be resolved through negotiation and mediation. In case agreement is not reached, either party has the right to bring the case to competent People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City for resolution according to legal regulations.
- Website official regulations take effect from the posting date. BMG Company has the right to change contents of this Regulation and will publicly notify on the website for members to know.
- Members continuing to use services on the website after amended Regulations are published means members have completely accepted those changes.
