I. DELIVERY SCOPE

Posh Collection supports nationwide delivery.

II. SHIPPING PARTNERS

We trust and partner with leading professional shipping companies in Vietnam such as: Giao Hàng Nhanh (GHN), Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm (GHTK), Viettel Post, Shopee Express... to ensure fast and safe order delivery.

III. DELIVERY TIME (ESTIMATED)

• Ho Chi Minh City area: 1 - 3 working days.

• Other provinces: 3 - 5 working days.

Note:

• Delivery time does not include Sundays, holidays, and Tet.

• Order processing time is 1 working day (excluding shipping time). Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

• In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, operational incidents...), delivery time may be delayed. Posh will proactively notify customers.

IV. SHIPPING FEE SCHEDULE

Posh applies flexible and preferential shipping fees:

• Flat rate 30,000 VND for all orders nationwide.

Shipping fees will be clearly displayed on the payment page after you enter your delivery address.

V. RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES WHEN RECEIVING GOODS

• Joint inspection: You have the right to inspect the product before paying the delivery staff (check model, color, size, product condition). Please do not try on.

• If you find the product is incorrect or shows signs of damage, please refuse to receive the goods and contact Posh immediately via Hotline 0707055538 for timely support.

• If you do not perform joint inspection, any subsequent issues (wrong delivery, damage) will be handled according to our Product Exchange Policy.

POSH COLLECTION - ONLINE SHOPPING GUIDE

Shopping at Posh Collection is simple and convenient with just a few steps:

Step 1: Search and select products

• Browse through our "Collections" on the menu bar or use the search bar to find your desired product.

• Use filters (by product type, price, size, color) to search faster.

Step 2: View information and select product attributes

• Click on the product you like to view detailed images, product description, size specifications, and materials.

• Select the appropriate Color and Size.

• Click the "Add to Cart" button.

Step 3: Check your cart

• The cart icon in the top right corner of the screen will update the product quantity.

• You can click on the cart to review selected products, change quantities, or remove products.

• Enter Discount Code (if any) and click "Apply".

• When ready, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

Step 4: Fill in information and complete your order

• Delivery information: Fill in completely and accurately: Full name, Phone number, Email, and Delivery address.

• Shipping method: The system will automatically calculate shipping fees based on your address.

• Payment method: Choose a convenient payment method for you:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer

  • Payment via e-wallet/online payment gateway

• Review all order information once more.

• Click the "Complete Order" button.

Step 5: Order confirmation

• An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. Posh will process and deliver as soon as possible.
