Product Exchange Policy

POSH COLLECTION

At Posh Collection, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes the product you receive may not be exactly as expected (wrong size, color mismatch...). Therefore, Posh supports a flexible and convenient product exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience is always complete.

I. PRODUCT EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Posh supports product exchange in the following cases:

  1. Product does not fit (wrong size).

  2. Product has manufacturing defects: Material defects, sewing defects, product not as described on the website.

  3. Wrong product delivered: Delivered wrong model, color, or size compared to the ordered product.

Product conditions for exchange:

  • Product must be in original condition, unused, not washed, not dirty, no strange odors.

  • Product must have all tags, labels, and attached labels.

  • Product to be exchanged must have purchase invoice or order confirmation information (email, message).

II. APPLICABLE TIME

  • 07 days from the date you receive the product (based on the shipping company's stamp).

  • After the above time, we regret that we cannot provide support.

III. PRODUCT EXCHANGE PROCESS

Step 1: Contact for confirmation

  • Please contact Posh Customer Service via Hotline 0707055538 or Email: poshcollection.cskh@gmail.com within 07 days from receiving the product.

  • Please provide Order Code, Product Name, and Reason for exchange. For defective products, please include detailed images/videos of the product defect so we can provide the fastest support.

Step 2: Send product back to Posh

  • After being confirmed eligible for exchange, please carefully package the product and send it to the address according to the support consultation information.

    • Recipient: Posh Collection - Exchange Department

Step 3: Posh processes and sends new product

  • As soon as we receive the exchange product, Posh will proceed to check and notify you.

  • The new product will be sent within 1-2 working days.

IV. EXCHANGE COSTS

  • Case of error from Posh (wrong delivery, defective product): Posh will bear 100% of two-way shipping costs.

  • Case of customer wanting to exchange size/color by request: Please pay two-way shipping costs.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Each order only supports exchange 01 time.

  • Posh does not apply return and refund policy (except in cases where the product is defective and Posh does not have another product to exchange).

  • Products in promotional programs and special discounts will have separate exchange policies clearly stated in the program content.
